Weymouth Center: Writer-in-Residence Reading with Marjorie Hudson

Join as Weymouth Center of the Arts and Humanities presents the February Writer-In-Residence Reading featuring Marjorie Hudson. Marjorie will read from her debut novel, Indigo Field. She will be joined by short story author Katrina Denza for a conversation on the novel writing and editing process.

“Marjorie Hudson is the author of Accidental Birds of the Carolinas (stories) and Searching for Virginia Dare (history/travelogue), and her essays and stories plumb the depths of the human heart. She lives on a century farm with her husband Sam and dog DJ, where she mentors writers and reads poetry to trees.”

The event will be held in the Great Room at Weymouth Center. Doors open at 5pm. Please arrive by 5:20pm to find seating. The readings will begin at 5:30pm.
