Still, Us: A Monthly Community Circle “Letting Us Attune”

Still, Us Finding Ourselves in Each Other! Join once a month for a supportive, reflective gathering led by Dr. Karen D. Sullivan, focused on connection, compassion, and living well alongside brain change and dementia. Meetings take place at Community Presbyterian Church in Pinehurst, 2:30pm-4:00pm.
December 18th-Letting Be: Practicing acceptance and mindfulness, learning to sit with dementia as it is.
January 29th, 2026-Letting Down: Allowing vulnerability and rest, honoring exhaustion, and asking for help.
February 26th-Letting In: Receiving support, love, and wisdom, and allowing ourselves to be held by others.
March 26th-Letting Us Attune: Practicing deep listening, presence, and co-regulation to build connection.
April 30th-Letting In Love: Nurturing compassion, empathy, and seeing love as the center of the journey.
May 28th-Letting In Light: Opening to hope, spirituality, and renewal as we close the circle together.
