The Pinehurst Police Department invites all residents to a free Fraud Prevention Town Hall on Friday, November 14th | 3pm-5pm! The session, titled “Stay Out of the Rough,” will be held at Assembly Hall inside Village Hall (395 Magnolia Road).

Pinehurst Police detectives will present essential information on how to recognize, prevent, and report the common and increasingly sophisticated phone, online, and financial scams targeting residents. You will learn the warning signs, understand how scammers use emotional triggers, and know the steps to take if you suspect fraud. According to Chief Glen Webb, this event aims to give residents the tools to protect themselves before becoming a victim.
