The Sandhills Chapter of MOAA will conduct their annual Memorial Day Service on Monday, May 29th at The Village Chapel, Pinehurst. The service begins at 1100 hours. Chapter member, Major General Hugh Van Roosen, USA Army (Ret) will give the memorial address.
