Pinehurst Business Partners, the Village of Pinehurst and the Pinehurst, Southern Pines, Aberdeen Area Convention and Visitors Bureau are excited to announce Rock the Village. Rock The Village is an amazing art installation project for the 2024 U.S. Open. Local artists will transform rocking chairs into beautiful works of art, which will be displayed throughout the Village center. Rock the Village runs May 1st-August 31st. Rocking chairs will be displayed throughout the Village Center.

Partnering with Troutman Chair Company, Rock the Village guarantees lasting art pieces. Each chair reflects the artist’s interpretation of Pinehurst’s charm, beauty, history, and golf. The project aims to celebrate Pinehurst’s heritage and create a visually stunning environment. Rock the Village supports First Tee-Sandhills in empowering young individuals through golf. The project is made possible through the generous support of local businesses and community members.
