Come out for the annual Pumpkin Palooza at the North Carolina Zoo on Saturday, October 14th & Sunday, October 15th | 10:00am-3:00pm each day. Pumpkin Palooza is a favorite fall event where the animals enjoy pumpkins for enrichment. Animals around the zoo pound, stomp, crush and eat the pumpkins. See the schedule below.

Saturday, October 14th
– 10am: Black Bear
– 11am: Grizzly
– 11am: Gorilla
– 1:30 pm: Red River Hog
– 2pm: Baboon
– 2pm: Otters
– 3pm: Grasslands

Sunday, October 15th
– 10am: Elephant (South Habitat)
– 11am: Prairie
– 11am: Ocelot & Sand cat
– 1:30 pm: Arctic Foxes & Polar Bear
– 2:30 pm: Lemur
– 3pm: Chimp

Pumpkin Palooza is included with a general admission zoo ticket.
