Join as Judson Theatre Company continues its thrilling Season 12 with The Caine Mutiny Court-Martial, Herman Wouk’s riveting military courtroom drama. Emmy-winning actor John Wesley Shipp (The Flash, Dawson’s Creek, Guiding Light) takes center stage in this intense production, joined by David A. Gregory (One Life to Live, The Good Fight).
Based on Wouk’s Pulitzer Prize-winning novel, the play follows the high-stakes trial of Lieutenant Stephen Maryk, who faces court-martial after seizing control of the U.S.S. Caine from Captain Philip Queeg during a treacherous typhoon. Was Queeg unfit for command, or did Maryk commit mutiny? The drama unfolds as the case tests the boundaries of duty, loyalty, and leadership under pressure.
The cast features professional actors from New York, Los Angeles, and North Carolina, including returning JTC performers Rick McDermott, Jacob Pressley, and Matthew Tyler, alongside newcomers Collin Conway, Colton Liberatore, and Thomas Nash Tetterton. Additional casting to be announced.
Performances run for one weekend only at Bradshaw Performing Arts Center’s Owens Auditorium.
