Join for the 10th annual Gold Star Murph Memorial weekend tribute to the brave fallen, hosted by Southern Pines CrossFi! The event is in support of Gold Star Teens. This is a tradition built on honor, sacrifice and community. For a decade, they have gathered together to take on the hero workout “Murph” in memory of Navy SEAL Lt. Michael P. Murphy and all fallen service members who have given the ultimate sacrifice.

Murphs take place: Thursday, May 22nd-5:00pm, 5:45pm and 6:30pm with a toast at 7:30pm | Friday, May 23rd-6:00am, 6:45am, 7:15am, 8:00am, 9:15am and 10:00am at Southern Pines CrossFit. Silent Auction + Local Vendors + Sponsorship Opportunities.
