Pinehurst Parks & Recreation Department and Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Pineland are partnering to offer Women Empowered Self Defense sessions. Learn practical, effective techniques in this self-defense program designed specifically for women and based on the principles of Gracie Jiu-Jitsu. Build confidence and skills to protect yourself—even against larger attackers—in a supportive, beginner-friendly setting. A training uniform (gi) is provided for the month with a small deposit, which can be applied to purchase if you continue training.

Cost: $115 Residents, $230 Non-Residents
