The Friends of the Aberdeen Library invite the community to attend the Turning the Page II Gala “Where Words Come To Life” on Thursday, April 11th | 6pm-9pm at Soirée on South in Aberdeen! Last year’s fundraiser was a big success, and this year aims to be just as fantastic! The evening will raise funds to come closer to reaching the library’s goal in renovating 123 Exchange Street and opening a new library in Downtown Aberdeen that will bring programs and services that are not currently offered to our community. There will be heavy hors d’oeuvres & treats, drinks, live music, speakers, literary mystery game, great company much more throughout the evening. Be sure to take part in a great silent auction. Brick sales for the new library will be available as well. A limited number of tickets will be sold. Tickets are $100 per individual and $80 for paid FOAL Members.
