Festival D’Avion 2026

The Festival D’Avion is a Celebration of Freedom and Flight at the Moore County Airport in Carthage, N.C., located just outside Pinehurst. Marking its seventh year, the Festival D’Avion features classic and military aircraft displays, flyovers, precision jump teams, sightseeing tours, classic car displays, a “Junior Pilot” KidsZone, local vendors, food and beverage options, the largest Candy giveaway in Moore County and fun for the entire family!

10:00am- Festival D’Avion Gates Open
10:00am-4:00pm- Static Aircraft Displays, Classic Car Displays, Kids Zone, DJ Music, Food Trucks, and Military and Vendor Displays
11:00am-2:00pm- Amelia Earhart Pavilion open for lunch VIP (Wristband Required for Entry).
12:30pm- Opening Ceremonies featuring the 82nd Division All American Chorus, Bullseye Flight Team Flyover, and the Children of Fallen Heroes Precision Jump Team, Presentation of Colors from Civil Air Patrol.
12:35pm- Golden Knights Precision Jump Team Demonstration
2:00pm-4:00pm- Children of Fallen Heroes Precision Jump Team – Multiple Jumps!
4:00pm- Aircraft Flyout
