Celebrate the holidays at Christmas in Candor on Friday, December 5th, from 5:45pm-9:00pm at The Marketplace at Fitzgerald Park. This festive evening will feature a variety of activities for all ages including visits with Santa Claus and The Mountaire Farms “Christmas” Chicken! Attendees can enjoy hay rides, s’mores, and receive stockings. There will also be the annual bicycle drawing, with 4H and NC Cooperative Extension Montgomery Co. donating bicycle helmets for all winners. Enjoy special entertainment including DJ Hugh Martin and special music from the MCS East-Side Choir. The Candor Lions Club and Bloom & Brew Coffee Co. will be on site providing food and beverages.
