Enjoy two days of free, music at the spring Carolina Indie Fest 2024 in Downtown Sanford! The Carolina Indie Fest features ten diverse performances from Indie bands. There will be a food truck rodeo, new beer releases, and local arts & crafts vendors on site for the fun as well. The festival takes place in downtown Sanford around Hugger Mugger Brewing.
