Kids love to make art, and they’re sure to love every minute of a week-long Mixed Media Art Camps at ARTworks Vass! The theme for June’s Camp will be “Under The Sea”, inspired by all things relating to the Ocean and Beach. Camp runs June 17th-June 21st.

Children Will: Make North Carolina Pottery from Raw Clay. Paint Their Own Pottery. Create Fiber Art. Learn to Draw. Etch Metal. Create Shrinky Dinks. Make Mixed Media Magic and Slime. Learn about a Famous Artist’s life and work and create in their style. Enjoy an hour of downtime during a lunch break after the morning session. Enjoy an hour of downtime during a snack break after the afternoon session.

Schedule:

Camps will be held Monday through Friday.
Dropoff for camp begins at 8:45 each morning.
Morning Art Class will be held from 9:00 until noon.
Lunch Time (Optional for Full Day and Morning Attendees.) will be held from noon until 1:00.
Afternoon Art Class will be held from 1:00 until 4:00.
Snack Time (Optional for Full Day and Afternoon Attendees.) will be held from 4:00 until 5:00.
Late Pickup, until 5:45, will be available at an additional cost.
