The Arts Council of Moore County is bringing back the Missoula Children’s Theatre to town for a special week-long residency, culminating in a production of “The Tortoise Versus the Hare.” This program aims to develop life skills in children through performing arts. Over 55 students in grades K-8 are cast and rehearsed throughout the week, learning lines, songs and choreography to perform as an ensemble in producing a full-length musical. All shows are original adaptations of children’s stories and fairy tales—a twist on the classic stories that you know and love.

The public performances are scheduled for Friday, October 24th at 7pm and Saturday, October 25th at 11am. Tickets will be sold at the door and cost $10 for adults and $5 for children.
