Join for the 70th annual Robbins Farmers Day Weekend! The fun takes place Thursday, August 1st-Saturday, August 3rd! This year’s event is organized by the Robbin’s Fire Rescue and Robbins Farmers Day Committee. The tradition continues with three days of family-friendly fun including demonstrations, merchandise & craft vendors, live entertainment, food, carnival rides and more! The weekend’s events are free and open to the community.
The festival begins on Thursday, July 31st | 6:30pm-9:00pm. The Farmers Day 5K Run/Walk will be held, sponsored by Foothills Outdoors. Proceeds collected benefit the Robbins Fire Rescue Association. Registration for the race begins at 5:30pm with the race starting at 7:00pm. The cost is $15-$25. There will be Gospel music on the Depot Stage 6:30pm-9:00pm from the Halls Memorial Church Band.
The fun continues on Friday, August 1st | 6pm-12am. Enjoy the Midway and Carnival Rides. Live music will be provided across multiple stages: R2 performs on the First Bank Stage starting at 7:00pm, South Bound 49 hits the Depot Stage at 8:00pm and Joe Frye & Low Down Dirty Heathens rock the Fidelity Bank Stage from 8:00pm-11pm. Don’t miss the Fire Fighter Challenge on Middleton Street starting at 7pm and be sure to stay for the Midway Firework Show that is set to begin at 10:15pm!
Sunday, August 3rd will be the 70th Annual Robbins Farmers Day Parade! Fun will be going on 9am-12am. Be sure to bring lawn chairs for your own comfort and plan to make day of it! The famous parade will begin at 11am with trophies awarded in categories like Best Dressed, Best Horse, Best Buggy, Best Team of Mules and more.
The Depot Stage will feature: 12:30pm2:00pm: Opening ceremony with a welcome, prayer and national anthem, recognition of honorees, and a special presentation by Sherri McNeill. The Parade of Tractors starts at 4:00pm, with awards for various categories including Best Antique, Best Restoration, and Best Small Tractor. 5:00pm-6:00pm: Tractor Parade Trophy Presentation. 8:00pm-11:00pm: Live music by McKenzie’s Mill
The Fidelity Bank Stage brings more live music with Elijah McCormick performing from 7:00pm-10:00pm. The First Bank Stage keeps the energy going with Group SDO at 7:00pm. And don’t miss the Carnival Rides & Midway, open from 9:00am-12am for nonstop family fun. It’s a day full of celebration, music, community and tradition you won’t want to miss in Robbins!
