The Moore County Beekeepers Association is hosting a Buzz Basics field day on Saturday, April 11th, from 10AM-12PM at Midnight Bee Supply in Vass. This hands-on learning experience is designed for beginners and beyond, allowing participants to follow along as an experienced beekeeper conducts hive inspections. Attendees will learn how to identify hive activity, behaviors, and potential problems first-hand.

The event is open to all current club members, and everyone planning to attend should bring their own protective jacket or suit and gloves. You can find the session at 120 E Maple St. in Vass.
