Join for Climate Change Mitigation for Gardeners and Homeowners as part of the Sandhills Horticultural Society Spring Lecture Series! The lecture takes place on Tuesday, June 27th 11:00am in the Burlingame Room at the Ball Visitors Center, Sandhills Horticultural Gardens.

Rebecca Ward, Assistant State Climatologist at the State Climate Office of NC College of Sciences, will talk about how North Carolina’s climate is changing and what the implications are for plants and gardening. She will discuss what actions are available to all of us to adapt to and mitigate climate change.
